Job Description:
The EMEA Market Activation Specialist will work in the Customer and Brand Experience team to lead the growth of the Champion Petfoods brands Acana and Orijen across markets/clusters under his/her responsibility, working closely with the Champion Petfoods EMEA Sales Team to ensure the marketing & sales support necessary to achieve growth objectives and foster a successful collaboration with retailers.
What are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field and 3 years+ plus experience in trade marketing, Customer Marketing or sales in FMCGBoth fluent in French and English. Other European languages are a plus. Willingness to travel in the markets as required to support market activations and collaborate with local teams.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesWhat will be your key responsibilities?Local Market Activation: Lead the execution of regional marketing campaigns and initiatives across the EMEA region, adapting strategies to local market nuances, customer behavior, and sales objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Category, Digital and Sales teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies are effectively translated and tailored for local markets, driving alignment and results.Campaign Execution: Manage the year planning and budgeting to execute activations in the market in line with regional strategy and plan. Prepare launches and performance tracking. Development, delivery & communication of Market Activity Plan in line with Regional Portfolio and Activation prioritization aligned at Growth PlanningMarket Insights: Gather and analyze local market intelligence and consumer insights to inform marketing strategy and activation plans.
