The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity available for a Margin and Profitability Manager to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management division in Austin, TX. This is a fully On-Site.

As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.

The Opportunity

This position works out of our Austin, TX location in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division.

The Margin and Profitability Manager is responsible for leading the strategy for the US market for Margin and Profitability Improvement. This is a fast-paced role in a growing business unit, with exciting product launches that have recently gone live in the market. This role reports to the Director of Margin and Profitability.

What You’ll Work On

The primary function is to manage and lead key Margin & Profitability streams for the US CRM Division.This individual will drive key Value Streams, and associated resources, while collaborating across Business Unit leadership (with Marketing, Finance, Supply, Sales Operations, Customer Service) to drive and achieve margin goals.Leadership and management of high-impact change programs that significantly improve productivity and cost structure of CRM business.Design and lead projects for long-term value creation; determine the ‘what must happen/stay on track’ with an analytical/data-first mindset.Establish and evaluate key metrics; drive results through innovative value creation and initiatives for continuous, measurable improvements.Collaborate and influence across Business Unit leadership and staff to assign goals, develop project funnels, support execution, and manage/mitigate risks.Develop & deploy sustaining tools and processes that will continue after the Value Stream “ends” for sustainability.Manage a team of 3, overseeing inventory management responsibilities including cycle counts, scrap reduction, and supporting inventory movements during product phase in/phase outs.Utilize analytics and data to make informed decisions, build dashboards, and work closely with the commercial team.This position requires exemplary motivation, communication, and organization skills.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance or Business-related field; MBA not required but preferred10+ years of experience working in a supply chain related field5+ years of experience leading peopleExperience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferredAbility to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environmentAbility to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projectsStrong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organizationMultitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely mannerStrong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detailAbility to travel approximately 10% or less

The base pay for this position is $111,300.00 – $222,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
