Job DescriptionMonitor and drive continuous improvement to ensure failure cost (IDC, non-IDC, wastage ) meet targetConduct quality control ( daily meeting, Q activities) on mass production to ensure good quality standards executionDrive and lead quality issue analysis and problem solving.Risk management in ECR , 4M1E change managementEnsure timely closure of defined corrective measures from customer complaint or internal detections through entire value streamSafe launch, planning and management of new product/process/MAELead Q improvement projectsEnsure 14 Q basic conducted in value stream

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemistry/Mechanical related majors.Over 3 years’ quality management experience in automotive industryGood knowledge with Quality Management method/tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D.Basic Knowledge of quality management system ISO9001, IATF16949(or VDA6.1) and VDA6.3.Good skill of data analysis ( Proficient in using Excel )
