This role requires a balance of technical, management, and business skills to effectively lead a team and deliver high-quality Siebel projects in the Telecom industry.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. - A minimum of 10 years of experience in OSS development and management, including at least 3 years in the Telecom industry. - Strong knowledge of OSS & Network technologies, including OSM, UIM , ASAP, and workflows. - Excellent leadership and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders. - Certifications in Oracle OSS products and project management are a plus. Strong knowledge of Communications and OSS domain. Strong knowledge of Network  domain such as Wireless, Cable, DSL, VoIP. Strong knowledge of OSS Fulfillment, Activation COTS applications, their purpose and use in telecom operators. Experience with OSS Products across Inventory / Order management / Activation / Provisioning applications  Experience of Automation SDLC  to perform code build, Test and deployment using CI tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo etc. Good to  have if Knowledge in Oracle Communications RODOD /RSDOD / SNO solution and Service and Network Orchestration Fulfillment Solution SNO Effective customer interfacing and inter-personal skills Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners Willing to travel
