We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Manager to lead our Technology Innovation & Delivery department. **What You´ll Do** + Technical oversight: Manage and optimize IT solutions that integrate logistics workflows, ensuring seamless operations. + Logistics expertise: We are looking for a person with 10+ years of experience in the logistics / supply chain sector. + Leadership & management: Oversee the department, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of medical devices. We look for a person with the ability to thrive in a complex organization environment with a matricial report structure, and the capacity to influence at Global level. + Project Manager: Ability to deliver project in a timely manner ensuring successful results. + Process improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and patient satisfaction. + Compliance & quality assurance: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory standards and maintain high-quality service delivery. + Stakeholder communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including public administrations, healthcare providers, patients, and suppliers, to ensure smooth operations. + Customer support management: Oversee the customer support service to ensure patients receive timely and effective assistance with their medical devices. + Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field + MBA or master’s degree in business administration would be appreciated. + Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing IT solutions and/or logistics/supply chain workflows, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry + Fluent English: C1 level **Skills:** Technical Skills: + Knowledge in logistics software, IT systems integration, and data analysis + Advance knowledge in supply chain operations and workflows + Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) standards would be a plus. + Understanding of healthcare workflows would be a plus. + Experience with web services implementations would be a plus. + Experience working with Spanish public administration would be a plus.
