As Manager Tax, Audit and Controversy you will be responsible to support Cytiva tax team on risk management activities related to tax audits and controversies. This position reports to the Director, Tax, it is part of the Global Cytiva Tax Team, it will be located in India, Bangalore and will be an on-site role. What you will do: + Primary responsibility is to address and become a subject matter expert for all direct tax audit inquiries, supporting the preparation of documentation packages by country/legal entity + Identify, assess and support the global tax team in managing direct tax risks associated with the company's operations + Implementing a consistent Tax Risk Management processes + Collaborate effectively as a business partner with entire Finance organization to gather relevant information for tax audits/inquiries + Maintain comprehensive documentation of tax positions, audits, and disputes + Support to manage the flow of information and data management to external advisors and government auditor Who you are + You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant discipline. + You have at least 4+ years of experience in tax either in a large public accounting firm, law firm, or multinational company, including experience in working to support direct tax audits and the relevant audit readiness documentation + You have knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level, and good level of experience with SAP/Oracle ERP systems. + You will demonstrate ability to extract, analyze, and review data and make appropriate recommendations. + Willingness and adaptability to work in a collaborative manner with other team members across various time zones + Ability to be objective and provide independent input and analysis, hands-on attitude.
