ROLE SUMMARY
The Talent Management Manager is responsible for implementing projects related to employee career development. The role holder is also responsible for providing forward-thinking opportunities while interacting with employees at all levels across different disciplines.

ROLE PROFILE

Support in implementing controls to help Identify employees with high potential for growth, and propose their evolution,Develop and conduct periodic reviews on the progress of individuals and leaders’ and development plans and targets to ensure efficient and effective staff people development.Work closely with the countries to ensure clear understanding of performance management expectations throughout the organization.Support in the implementation of organizational career management and succession planning frameworks in collaboration in line with defined process and organizational requirements.Review and update functional competencies in a regular manner to ensure employee’s competencies are always in line with the business needs.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to align projects related to talent management in line with the Human Capital strategy.Provide mentorship for the purpose of developing a continuous talent pipeline for key roles.Identify training needs and coordinate with the HC department to ensure facilitation of training requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.CIPD or SHRMS certification is a plus.5 + years' experience in a similar position.Efficient communicator.
