Position Overview:The Lead HRBP Plant is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives at the plant level. This role involves managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, to support the plant's operational goals.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Planning: Partner with plant leadership to understand business needs and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives. Develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business goals. Onboarding: Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring alignment with company objectives. This is white as well as blue collar (Contract + Union) Manage the hiring process to attract and retain top talent. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively. Manage employee performance issues and provide guidance on HR policies and practices. Training and Development: Develop and manage employee training programs to enhance skills and performance. Drive learning initiatives for both blue- and white-collar employees. Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to monitor and improve employee productivity. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback. Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and satisfaction. Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and implement action plans. Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operational HRBP role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proven track record of delivering results in a changing and growing business environment. Candidate should be having aspiration to grow and should be keen to work smart. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and along with stakeholders - make tough decisions.Preferred: Experience with wage settlements would be an advantage
