About this opportunity:

We're seeking an innovative and experienced leader to manage our Intelligent Content & Customer Product Information team. This role is essential in driving strategic initiatives related to structured, intelligent content management, and product information solutions, enabling exceptional customer experiences.

 

What you will do:

At Commercial Handling and Release, we transform R&D data and technical information into high-quality commercial content that supports the entire customer journey.
Our team ensures that accurate, clear, and valuable information is available for market areas, customer units, and customers themselves — from initial sales discussions through deployment, operations, and maintenance.
We play a critical role in securing that the right product information is available in our product catalog, and that it empowers our customers and teams at every stage of the product lifecycle.

Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team responsible for intelligent content strategies and customer product information.Develop and execute content strategies leveraging structured data, AI, and semantic technologies.Oversee creation, quality, and governance of customer-facing product information.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance content delivery and customer experience.Collaborate closely with stakeholders across product management, marketing, technology, and customer success teams.

 

You will bring:

10+ years of experience in information management.5+ years of experience in leadership roles with strong cultural awarenessProven experience in managing content teams or related functions.Strong background in structured content, content strategy, taxonomy, and metadata management.Understanding of intelligent content methodologies, AI integration, and semantic technologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to influence, drive change, and deliver tangible business results.
