Manager Portfolio Activation - Panama
Responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns, with a strong focus on adapting global frameworks to local market realities. This role demands a 360° vision of projects and the ability to navigate complex ecosystems, collaborating effectively across internal teams and with external stakeholders. **Position Overview:** Management of marketing strategy and campaign implementation, with a deep understanding of local needs and business development. 360° project vision, leading cross-functional teams and engaging with external stakeholders. Skilled in negotiations with bottlers and in adapting global strategies to the specific realities of each country. **Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:** + **Drive bottler alignment on the marketing agenda: portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans** (objectives, DME investments, success metrics and activity calendars, including Innovation projects and IMX Campaigns) in partnership with C&CL Hub and Franchise Leadership. + Provide strategic and executional / franchise unit specific input on **Market-level portfolio strategy, brand plans** (activities, calendars, execution of allocated DME) and **local innovation opportunities** + **Lead regional market development** to ensuring the right implementation of projects + Provide market input for the **development of market-level Innovation projects** + **Provide input to localization** and **real-time amplification of IMX campaigns** within the Franchise unit + **Execute local media buying** that cannot be bought at OU-level (through Mkt procurement, in coordination with IMX Media) + **Manage brand activation** at the local level, including POS activations & promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging mkt assets), in coordination with **with bottlers** + Support the System in **Customer & Shopper marketing** **agenda** (primary relationship with customers sits with C&CL). **Education Requirements: University** **Related Work Experience:** + M **kt or Commercial experience** (4+ years). + M **arketing activation** + **Business and commercial Knwledge.** + Experience **working with TCCC external partners** (bottlers and customers) + Experience working in **cross** **-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred** **Functional Skills:** + Marketing activation / execution + POs and experiential marketing + Business / Commercial Acumen + Relationship management (with external stakeholders) + Leadership of projects **Skills:** Profit and Loss (P&L) Budget Management; Cross-Functional Teamwork; Strategic Partnership Development; Team Management; Marketing Strategies; Brand Growth Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
