About this opportunity:

    Manage the overall Demand and Supply Planning in ENC/SCM with the focus on products, which ENC has supply responsibility.    To maintain good processes to visualize customer demand, define planning strategy and execute supply plan to regions and Hubs.    Manage the overall planning department in ENC/SCM with the emphasis on the dimensioning of ENC supply chain capacity to achieve demand.    Secure the NPI/TPI products delivery to achieve the highest customer satisfaction.    Organize and drive assigned working in an efficient way, to ensure accurate, cost efficient and timely delivery of customer orders for both domestic and export market

What you will do:

    Define planning strategy and its execution    Manage all aspects of the department effectively and efficiently.    Develop the competence of the staff to work in a professional way and achieve the department and division objectives.    Be responsible for the monthly production capacity dimension and support the whole supply chain capacity dimension for unique equipment of ENC lead responsibility.    Manage the overall dimensioning for ENC and the capacity utilization to meet demand.    With balancing module with EMS, propose ENC GPP loading level with global to secure site utilization target as financial budget defined    Manage the ENC/SCM activities in NPI/TPI project before hand-over to achieve the best customer satisfaction, including EMS planning in extend NPI & TPI phase    Take global capacity management operation within the assignment scope    Inform the head of Supply Chain Management about critical matters of concern.

The skills you bring:

    Access to all information necessary to carry out the assigned responsibilities and tasks.    Exercise signing authority in accordance with the delegated authorizations issued in “Authorization Rights within ENC”.    Manage and distribute the workload in the department. Monitor and control the departments’ resources to ensure proper dimensioning on ENC    Ensure that KPIs are established and the key measurements are made with particular emphasis on continuous improvement.    Set up the efficient and effective processes and procedures to create a positive contribution towards the customer satisfaction.    To participate the planning strategy discussion, cascade global PA planning strategy and volume control.    Actively communicate and cooperate with all the interfaces, both within and outside Ericsson, in an attempt to meet the division/company goals and the customer’s delivery requirement on NPI/TPI products before project hand-over.    With the knowledge of supply chain, support the staff to solve any existing or potential problem on order & planning and NPI/TPI delivery.    Encourage and help individual competence development.    3-5 years managerial experience and proven track record in relevant management, position preferably from an electronics background.    Good knowledge of the Ericsson company and the internal/external suppliers, the whole Ericsson supply chain of all products, the key personnel in the supply chain and the product knowledge of all the LM product scope.
