What You'll Do
As a Manager – BCG Vantage within BCG's Operations Practice Area, you will collaborate and partner in a growing global team, providing supply chain expertise and insights. You will act as a thought partner and content expert to business leaders to drive proposals and go-to-market efforts, including publications. You will be involved in the development of intellectual property and knowledge assets, serving as an active contributor, to help grow the Ops Supply Chain business.
Additionally, you will work with case teams to provide expert advice, guiding them through the execution of Supply Chain projects. This includes helping the team analyze, and solve complex problems, deployment our diagnostics and assets, as well as sometimes leading a specific workstream module. For some projects, travel to clients during staffing assignments will be expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.
The candidate is expected to have supply chain planning, Integrated business planning and Inventory management expertise and knowledge of at least one of the following topics: Supply Chain Strategy and Operating Model Design, Supply Chain Organization Design, Portfolio Management, Logistics (Warehousing & Transport), AI and Digital in Supply Chain, Sustainability in Operations.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
We expect total annualized compensation for Chicago-based employees to be approximately the following:
Base salary between $126,400- $132,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-20% 5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service.
