Manager, Workforce Strategy and Pipeline Succes

Reporting directly to the Director, Talent Intelligence & Insights, the Manager, Workforce Strategy and Pipeline Success will play a critical role in supporting the management of Talent Pipelines that are essential to delivering innovation and growth for Diagnostics. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization's talent pipeline processes, integrating data-driven insights, and supporting strategic workforce planning initiatives. You will work in close partnership with the Diagnostics and Corporate Talent teams, Business leaders and HR Business Partners. Key responsibilities: Workforce Planning and Talent Intelligence Support: + Contribute to strategic workforce planning initiatives + Provide data-driven recommendations for talent acquisition and development strategies + Identify emerging skills and competencies needed for future organizational success + Support the Director Talent Intelligence in building systematic processes for capturing and managing external talent data and creating talent intelligence reports for business and HR leaders. + Build and maintain the evaluation process of external vendors to ensure high quality, accurate data Talent Pipeline Management: + Ensure smooth coordination of the process for talent pipeline management across Diagnostics + Work with Talent Partners and business leaders to assess and document pipeline gaps and action plans + Oversee efficient management of talent cards, resumes and development plans + Work with business leaders, HR business partners and Talent Partners to support the creation, management and updating of Success Profiles for critical roles, using validated methodologies. + Oversee the collection, organization and analysis of assessment data and ensure assessment data is properly integrated into talent decision-making processes + Recommend improvements to assessment methodologies based on data insights Data Integration and Reporting: + Integrate reports and data captured by the Talent Intelligence function + Analyze talent pipeline data to provide actionable insights to leadership + Develop and maintain dashboards to track key pipeline metrics Technology and Process Optimization: + Leverage Workday and other HR technologies to streamline talent pipeline processes + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness + Stay current with new technologies in talent assessment, development and workforce planning The essential requirements of the job include: · Systems thinking: Ability to align workforce planning and pipeline management initiatives with company goals and industry trends and translate strategies into actionable processes that consider how the function may grow and scale as the organization evolves. · Implementation & Execution: The ability to drive the execution of critical workforce planning and talent pipeline management projects from initiation phase through delivery, ensuring high-quality implementation and key stakeholder satisfaction. Ability to take ideas to action by creating an action plan, identifying necessary resources, working through obstacles and monitoring and executing the plan. Monitors program effectiveness, uses data, evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select right course of action to improve outcomes.  · Collaboration and Partnership: Effectively collaborates with Business leaders and HR teams in a global, matrixed organization to ensure timely access and accuracy of talent data and reports. Takes a pragmatic approach to building analytical and evaluation capability and ensuring ROI on investments in new processes and technologies.  · Commitment to Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stays current with industry trends related to talent assessment, development and workforce planning. Demonstrates an on-going commitment to being a continuous learner and to exploring cutting-edge learning methodologies and technologies. Obtains voice of Associate, benchmarking and insights to support the ongoing growth and knowledge of the team, the Talent function and the Diagnostics organization. Applies a user-centric approach to build a deep understanding of business and associates' needs. Demonstrates a willingness to prototype, test, and refine program elements based on feedback and outcomes. A willingness to learn new Danaher Business System tools to deliver greater process efficiency. · Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to effectively communicate to stakeholder groups about workforce planning and talent intelligence and pipeline development initiatives. · Analytical Skills:  Demonstrates data-centered, fact-based recommendations and decisions. Ability to analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement and provide strong rationale for recommendations.   Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of experience gained in related roles in talent management, assessment, organization design, consulting, analytics and /or prior experience gained in other business functions OR Master’s/Doctoral degree with 2+ years of experience required. Travel: Travel is required (up to 25%). The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
