As Manager Training OPS, you will create and deploy training programmes aligned with our company's best practices and values. Your role will be to promote the importance of quality and safety through innovative modules, in collaboration with all departments within the plant. You will ensure that training is strategically aligned with the site's objectives and up to date, while guaranteeing impeccable traceability.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
+ Implement and monitor the strategic training plan within the plant, inspired by best practice and aligned with the company's values
+ Promote the training department and its activities in all Operations departments on site
+ Help promote Quality and HSE issues and roll out the Quality and HSE progress plan throughout the plant
+ Ensure the effectiveness of the training management system in Operations
+ Develop the training approach by aligning training with the site's strategic objectives
+ Coordinate corporate training programmes
+ Ensure that documentation and operations are kept up to date and that training is traceable
+ Support managers in defining training modules for new arrivals in each department
+ Propose training modules to ensure a high level of quality and safety and promote good working practices
+ Create training modules (face-to-face and e-learning) based on the needs expressed
+ Help deliver training courses

**You Bring**
+ Minimum 5 years' experience in developing and/or delivering workplace training
+ Experience with e-learning management systems (LMS, success factor)
+ Knowledge of content creation tools (camtasia, articulate, vyond, etc.)
+ Experience in creating teaching materials as well as some knowledge of teaching tools and methods
+ Ability to build relationships and support employees and stakeholders
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Knowledge of Quality and SHE standards
