Role –
As a Manager, Product Management, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, development, and execution of location intelligence products. You will lead product enhancements, leverage data-driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
•\tProduct Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives, client needs, and market trends.
•\tProduct Development & Enhancements: Lead the design and implementation of new features, ensuring scalability, innovation, and competitive differentiation.
•\tData-Driven Insights & Optimization: Analyze large-scale transaction and merchant datasets to derive actionable insights that drive product improvements and customer value.
•\tClient Engagement & Solutioning: Partner with sales, consulting, and customer success teams to understand client pain points, provide data-driven recommendations, and drive adoption.
•\tCross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and go-to-market teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of product initiatives.
•\tMarket Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to refine product strategies and identify growth opportunities.
•\tQuality & Performance Management: Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness of product outputs, working closely with technical teams to optimize performance.

•\tEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in technology, data analytics, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
•\tProduct & Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to analyze data to inform product strategy, drive commercial decisions, and support business growth.
•\tIndustry Knowledge: Experience in analytics-driven solutions for payments, financial services, or related industries is preferred.
•\tTechnical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, Hadoop, Excel, Tableau, and other analytics tools, with experience working with large datasets.
•\tStrategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset to break down complex, ambiguous challenges into actionable insights and product improvements.
•\tProduct Execution & Project Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize competing tasks, and drive end-to-end execution in a cross-functional environment.
•\tTeam Leadership & People Management: Experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering collaboration, and developing talent to drive high-impact outcomes.
•\tStakeholder Management & Communication: Strong ability to collaborate across teams, clearly articulate product vision, insights, and opportunities, and influence internal and external partners.
