Within the Services organization, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement places Mastercard at the heart of our customer’s B2C and B2B Lifecycle Management strategy. We help our customers acquire, engage, and retain customers with end-to-end services and platforms solutions.

Role
The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional Manager – Product Marketing lead for South LAC, to oversee sales enablement with innovative Marketing and Personalization solutions, go-to-market strategies and the product strategy of key CA&E Marketing services and platforms, including Marketing, Loyalty and Personalization solutions.

Key Responsibilities
•\tDrive Growth: Lead the expansion of the CA&E business across South LAC by understanding the market needs to build a differentiated go to market strategy considering advance Digital Marketing, Loyalty and Personalization solutions.
•\tMarket Intelligence: Analyze and understand competing solutions and market trends to position Mastercard’s offerings effectively.
•\tEnablement Materials: Produce compelling sales tools, trainings and resources for key stakeholders.
•\tTailored Product Narratives: Customize product messaging for diverse customer markets and segments depending on the needs.
•\tSales Support: Contribute to key client RFPs and other forms of customers commercial proposals.
•\tScalable GTM Strategies: Create 1:M strategies to expand the reach and relevance of existing products.

•\tExtensive experience launching and scaling products in dynamic markets.
• Background in banks, airlines, fintechs or retailers' industries
•\tStrong business acumen and a track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions
•\tDemonstrated Leadership skills influencing high performance teams.
•\tProven Loyalty & Digital Marketing skills with knowledge in personalization.
•\tDeep understanding of consumer, industry, and market trends.
•\tData driven mindset and analytical skills.
•\tCreative problem solver with the ability to generate “out of the box” solutions and build alignment across diverse teams.
•\tGrowth-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments
•\tInternational and matrixed organizational experience is highly desirable
•\tExceptional networking, communication, and storytelling skills, with a strong focus on results and urgency.
