Job DescriptionTo develop and manage the relationship(s), retention and financial performance of the Standard Bank's Loyalty and Rewards partners.To acquire partners for the loyalty and rewards programme.To represent Standard Bank's interests with existing and potential Loyalty and Rewards partners and to optimise the associated customer experience benefits.Develop and implement appropriate action plans to pro-actively address operational and financial deviations detected in the performance against mutually budgeted commitments with the partnerIdentify, analyse, and implement all strategic and operational changes necessary to enhance financial performance for partners and business.

QualificationsFirst Degree/ Business Commerce, Marketing5-7 yearsExperience in partner management or relationship management.Experience in sales, marketing and campaign management experience and a proven track record in Project Management and in business and contract management.
