Job Description

To provide customer, account, transactional and geographic insights for specific projects within Segment that will directly support their strategic and tactical initiatives. This spans across all segments, regions and products. To deliver high-impact and data-driven strategies and business cases proactively (based on opportunity assessed) and reactively (driven by segment).

Previous experience in knowledge discovery / data mining and customer intelligence role within a financial institution. Experience in analytics or product / segment roles associated with monitoring and managing customer behaviours and trends. Experience in translating analytical outputs into business deliverables preferably in a consulting type environment.
