Manager, Finance Business Partner

The Role:

As a Finance Manager you will
•\tEnsure oversight of the data extracts use for accounting and supplemental reporting.
•\tEnsure accurate and timely reporting (domestic and foreign) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
•\tFacilitate inquiries from local and foreign regulators.
•\tLead and support on any requirements during examinations.
•\tParticipate in the development and maintenance of reporting necessary to support statutory financial reporting and supplemental reporting.
•\tMaintenance on internal reporting KPIs and metrics
•\tSupport enhancements of internal controls set-up and on-going management
•\tProficient utilization of company resources and applications including Oracle, data warehouse, data analysis, Microsoft Office and other applications for timely reporting requirements.
•\tComplete special projects and other duties as needed.
•\tThis position requires a highly motivated team-player who works collaboratively across finance and Operations and Technology teams to accelerate the implementation of the abovementioned processes and controls

All About You :
•\tBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
•\tStatutory accounting and financial audits
•\tExperience working with auditors and consultors
•\tProven experience in managing internal/external audits and statutory reporting
•\tAccounting experience: analyze and review month-end, balance sheet and income statement reconciliations
•\tRegulatory reporting experience is highly desired.
