Title and Summary

Manager, Corporate Treasury

Overview:
With the expected ramp-up in volumes as the PRO & PINS portfolio expands, this position at a Manager level is tasked with spearheading analytics initiatives and operations control encompassing substantial volumes going forward. This position will have the additional responsibility of managing the Treasury Settlements team in Manila, which is one of the vital cogs within the overall XBS Treasury operations catering to timely collections activities thus ensuring adequate risk mitigation for Mastercard.

The role entails the following duties which needs to be accomplished:
Role:
•\tSpearhead Business Analytics related initiatives.
•\tContribute towards managing the settlement operations for Mastercard Treasury
•\tConduct audit related activities for the OI settlement operations.
•\tLead and manage the Manila, Philippines Treasury Settlements team.
•\tConducting effective liaison activities with settlement banking partners.
Experience / Requirement:

•\tExtensive experience in managing financial operations and analytics.
•\tGood knowledge of accounting concepts and Foreign Exchange calculations involved in cross border remittance transactions.
•\tAbility to interact with counterparty stakeholders which includes global banking and other financial entities.
•\tShould possess stakeholder management skillsets both external and internal.
•\tShould have excellent data analytical skills sets.
•\tShould be self-starter. Should have an eye for identifying issues and devising a probable resolution.
•\tShould have complete command on application software’s viz. Excel, Access, PowerPoint and any other analytical tools.
•\tIn-depth experience of Excel Formulae. Macros knowledge will be an added advantage.
•\tAbility to create meaningful presentations.
•\tExperience in tools viz. PowerBi, & Tableau.
