The position

As Management Assistant, you will be responsible to provide administrative support to BAAF Directors with travel arrangements, visa document preparation and other administrative tasks as assigned by the BAAF Directors. There may also be some international assignees tasks/support required for directors that require coordination/documentation after arrival to host country (where necessary) and opportunities for occasional relevant P&O projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Provide comprehensive administrative assistance senior leaders, including visa, travel, logistics and meeting arrangements, and relocation Coordination of management/functional meetings, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management Maintain continuous engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across the respective function Provide functional support to P&O, particularly in employee engagement events, projects and activities

 

Qualifications

You hold a bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferably gained in the multinational Pharmaceutical/Healthcare or FMCG industry. You have excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish. Moreover, we expect that you have:

Proven ability to manage projects and events, strong planning and organization skills and ability to coordinate tasks independently Proficient in conveying information clearly and concisely to facilitate collaboration with stakeholders Skilled in identifying issues and implementing solutions when necessary Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring continuous collaboration and alignment with business goals Proactive internal and external stakeholder management skills - at all levels Ability to work under pressure as occasional tight deadlines might occur requiring certain levels of flexibility Can do attitude, high flexibility to ever changing business dynamics Discretion regarding sensitive/confidential information Solid project management skills coupled with an ability to independently prioritise own tasks by taking initiatives on a daily basis
