DescriptionThe Maintenance Manager, under the supervision of the ADOE is responsible for to coordinate and manage the day to day repair and maintenance of the building engineering asset and including Fire, Life and Safety systems equipment. S/he supervises engineering team members under his responsibility for high level of performance, quality of work and attendance.

Key Responsibilities\nMaintains all hotel building and equipment in a good and neat condition. \nEnsures that effective and concise preventative maintenance schedules are followed. \nEfficiently communicates overall repair and maintenance status to the ADOE on a daily basis. \nMaintains all the fire-life-safety equipment in first class order.\nEnsures that the fire-life-safety first response team has a complete understanding of all procedures, equipment and alarms.\nEstablishes good working relationships with suppliers whom will furnish reliable 24-hour emergency service.\nCompiles a monthly consumption report on heat, light and power to include electricity, gas, steam and water and submits to the ADOE.\nEnsures all engineering team members under the direction of the Assistant Director of Engineering / Director of Engineering are exposed to hotel internal and external training on an on-going basis Ensures regular training is given to the engineering team members under his direct supervision.\n \n
