Job DescriptionMonitoring and controlling maintenance and production indicators, defining improvement potentials with methodical approaches, and leading related projects.Responsible for preventive and periodical maintenance planning of production machines.Diagnosing faults and defining effective measures to minimize machine breakdowns.Leading OEE improvement and cost reduction projects.Managing critical spare parts for all machines under responsibility.Managing budgets for all maintenance activities.Planning technical training to enhance the skills of team members.Conducting EoL (End of Life) material inspection and planning required revisions.Providing technical support through a problem-solving approach to maintenance teams in responding to production machine breakdowns.Defining and leading digitalization activities to support the predictive maintenance strategy.Continuously communicating with client departments, suppliers, and other Bosch plants regarding technical and organizational issues.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance concepts.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics (knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc., is a plus).1–2 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates).Strong analytical thinking skills for diagnosing breakdowns and developing quick, effective solutions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or other maintenance tracking software.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
