We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager for our opening of the Kempinski Residences in Cesme, to lead our maintenance team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all facility systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities\nDiagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues.\nImplement effective troubleshooting procedures.\nIdentify and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues.\n Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.\nGenerate maintenance reports and performance metrics.\nDevelop and manage the maintenance budget.\nControl maintenance costs and optimize resource allocation.\nProcure and manage spare parts and equipment.\nEnsure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.\nDevelop and implement safety protocols and procedures.\nConduct safety inspections and audits.\nCoordinate needed inspections from external companies.\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nBe familiar with fire and life safety laws and regulations\nHands on with a flexible and willing to adapt approach\nAbility to lead and motivate a team of multi-skilled technicians\nGood organizational work planning and reporting skills\nProblem Solving & Decision-Making skills\nCustomer focused and people oriented\n
