Job Description :

Please note this position will work with specialty stores in the Randstad region of the Netherlands (Amsterdam /Utrecht /Rotterdam/The Hague). The successful candidate should be open to commute within this region daily.

Contract Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
Start Date: June/July 2025

The Sales Representative delivers Uber-Gold standard for quality, distribution, rotation, visibility, promotion, persuasion and relevant public relations activities.

About the role

You are the personification of our Luxury brands. You can build great relations with key influencers in the industry and know where to go to. You engage with Spec Stores Manager to ensure they are selling our brands and know to tell the story behind our brands. Your job isn’t done until our products are visible to consumers and perfectly sell in the right places. You are responsible for driving and inspiring customer loyalty while implementing marketing activations in Spec stores.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Conduct trainings/tastings across the Reserve Luxury PortfolioUnderstand consumer types, attitudes and trendsIdentify emerging trends and communicate that knowledge to key contacts within the teamDevelop profitable programs while partnering with our customers in the spec stores channelUse customer insights while implementing activation plans

About you

This role is not about years of experience, but about having the right attitude! This is the ideal role for a sales professional, keen to drive maximum commercial outcome, and grow within our organization in the future.

Ideally experience working in a luxury sector or spirits environmentExcellent category, brand and trade knowledge with a strong ability to identify trends and insightsStrong understanding of the motivations of Spec stores managersOutstanding presentation and sales skills, with positive commercial resultsValidated training ability, persuasive selling skills, passion for wine and the high-end drinks' business, with respect to customers and consumersFluency in Dutch & EnglishDriver's license B (NL)
