The Casual Luggage Porter is accountable for providing guests with all service and assistance connected with arrival to and departure from the hotel. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:

welcome the guest to the hotel in a professional mannerOffering car valet service were requiredEnsuring the forecourt is kept clean tidy at all times in accordance with hotel standardsA smooth arrival and departure experience including rooming and delivering luggageAssisting guest’s during their stay and handling guest complaints were applicableEnsuring the hotel lobby is clean and well maintained at all timesMaximising revenue opportunities through up sellingProviding all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities.
