The Logistics Coordinator & MIS Analyst >for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Rasiing PO, PRFs, Checking L&D related invoices & automating the process

This position is part of the APAC Logistics & Distribution department> located in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, (where centralized invoice payment unit is operating) and will be on-site . At Beckman Coulter, our mission is to Relentlessly Reimagine Healthcare, One Diagnosis at a Time.

You will be a part of the < APAC Logistics & Distribution team > and report to the Sr, Manager Logistics & Distribution APAC region> responsible for Rasiing PO, PRFs, Checking L&D related invoices & automating the process. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Develop a Mechanism for 100% bill checking with accuracy & ensure all soft copies are stored. Coordinate with various vendors, ensure that all vendors invoices are submitted in timely manner.  Check bills are raised as per contract & correct tax are leviedEnsure all PO & PRF are raised as per country specific requirement & followed through approval process. Demonstrate flexibility to meet business requirements and deadlines identify areas for improvement & automation.Efficiently managing tasks and prioritizing same & Maintain professionalism in all communications. Actively participated in team activities and meetings & operations.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Should have degree from university of repute & have good command over spoken & written English. Should have experience of 4 – 5 years in similar job profileProficiency MS Excel, Power BI, Oracle Analytical skills include the ability to collect and analyze data
