Diversey, a Solenis company, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory availability and ensure an accurate stock reconciliation process. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence at our Eurohub warehouse in Genk, Belgium, which serves as the central distribution hub for our European and export markets.

Your Responsibilities:

✅ Inventory Reconciliation & Accuracy

Daily stock reconciliation between SAP (ERP), the 3rd party warehouse WMS, and physical stock.

Monitoring and resolving SAP EDI data exchange errors related to inventory.

Ensuring stock status changes & adjustments (e.g., quality issues, product expiry, lifecycle write-offs).

Supporting inventory-related questions from internal teams.

✅ Process Optimization & Issue Resolution

Logging, tracking, and resolving operational IT issues related to inventory.

Proactively identifying improvements to inventory management processes and cost-saving opportunities.

Ensuring alignment with Diversey European Logistics standards.

✅ Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Acting as the main service point for multiple teams across the organization.

Working closely with 3rd party warehouse partners, internal departments, and IT teams.

Traveling occasionally (approx. once every 3-4 months) to the warehouse in Genk for on-site issue resolution.

What We Are Looking For:

Strong analytical skills – ability to quickly understand and solve complex inventory-related challenges.BBA level based on education or experience.Min. 5 years’ experience in supply chain, preferably warehouse logistics.Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience preferred) and a good understanding of warehouse operations.A structured, problem-solving mindset – you enjoy puzzles and process optimization.Self-driven and able to work independently but also knowing when to escalate issues.Comfortable working with high transaction data volumes and resolving technical/logistical discrepancies.Willingness to travel occasionally to warehouses for hands-on issue resolution.Languages: Fluent English required; Dutch is a plus.Location: Warsaw, Breukelen or Enschede.
