Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Planning
Developing the logistics, warehouse and fleet management business process in collaboration with the procurement manager and GS & Logistic Manager and Logsitic Coordinator to facilitate the acquisition of items at the national office and AP/Project.Responsible In order to guarantee prompt and effective delivery, the transportation of goods from suppliers and/or warehouses, including determining expeditions and routes.Responsible an integrated quarterly and annual planning process for the management of warehouse, logistic, fleet, in National Office.Coordinate with Procurement to set up most effective supply chain through procurement planning process and logistic execution.Resource Acquisition & Management/ Engagement /Project Management
Coordinate closely with other departments to arrange the GS and logistics plan and service deliveryWork closely with resource acquisition team providing the technical rigor and using evidence base for proposal development and project activities in the area of Logisitc, warehouse and Fleet.Capacity Building/ Technical works
Contributing capacity building plan for NO and Zonal/AP team to enhance their technical and non-technical skills to support higher performance.Improving the capacity of the warehouse and fleet team at the national office in warehouse techniques and fleet management in accordance with global standards.Provide technical support to staff in using the corporate system and understanding the information, data and reports for the delivery of good programs.Coordinate the assessment and capacity building plan for local partners / Sub-Grantees in the area GS and logisticsAccountability & Quality Assurance
Responsible for effective and efficient logistics, warehouse, and fleet operation in WVI to alignment with partnership/donor/policies and standards.Provide data management, tracking shipping, reporting, stock warehouse data and analytics dataUtilise technology to enable agile planning, streamline processes and boost operational effectiveness across the WVI.Responsible Logistic, warehouse, fleet activities for the emergency preparedness and response by coordinating with Disaster Management Team.Accountable for supplying accurate, current, and reliable data to support the audit implementation process.Maintain and update risk mapping profiles for Logistic activities to minimize risk.Liaise and collaborate closely with Finance team, Procurement/SCM team, programme team and technical sector teamDevelop good networking with relevant vendors, couriers/shipping, government, corporate and partner to improve the contractual arrangement.Develop the efficiency and effectiveness in the use of vehicle by managing documents, vehicle maintenance and arrangement, as well as cost charging process.Ensure the clearance process at customs for goods that enter from abroad during normal/emergency situationsConduct regular reviews, for processes and guidelines (logistical, warehousing, fleet) to ensure their effectiveness and applicability.Ensure the condition of the organization's vehicles is in accordance with the required safety standards (eg Seatbelt, GPS, fuel, safety equipment).Update and coordinate with the Finance and Procurement departments for the required vehicle insurance process and become a point person in making insurance claims (ensuring data is collected, accurate, etc.)Responsible for ensuring that the organization's drivers possess skills, good personality, and neatness in driving according to the organization's standards and communicating any unscheduled/uncontrolled conditions to users and superiors report to SupervisorManagement & Leadership

Bachelor’s degree qualification from any major, preferably form business administration2 years of experience in general affairs, administration, logistics, and warehousing, understanding procurement processes preferably obtained in complex international organizations in the development & humanitarian sector or the private sectorGood knowledge about supply chain manangement and warehouse managementGood working of computerized systemONLY a shortlist of applicants will be contacted.
