About this opportunity

 

The role is critical in securing our best-in-class Operations and Support services into our Cognitive SW 1.0 Production Systems.

You will report to Head of CSE CSW 1.0 & SON and be part of CSW1.0 & SON leadership team, ensuring high customer satisfaction through outstanding quality of service of our applications.

As a line manager you will coach, challenge as-is, and develop individuals and teams to foster continuous improvement. You play a critical role in inspiring, supervising and managing the team and acting as a liaison between employees and higher management. Your expertise in both management and running operations and support will be essential to lead your team to success and to promote our company's values, ethics, and culture to ensure outstanding team performance.


What you will do:

 

· Manage contracts and financial aspects of service delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

· Oversee budget allocation and financial performance for deployment and production units and operations.

· Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation while maintaining service quality.

· Lead deployment and support teams to ensure smooth execution of projects from pre-sales to go-live.

· Acknowledge and support pre-sales, integration services, and production system operations.

· Collaborate with the C-SW 1.0 Operations Owner to handle customer interactions and improve service quality.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations & support as well as improve software quality with a close collaboration with design teams

· Actively contribute on the success of the entire CSW product portfolio.

· Develop individuals and teams


You will bring:

 

· A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

· A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

· Experience and track-record in running Operations and Support organizations, with good contact network in MAs / CUs

· Domain experience for automation in software development for operations

· Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies

· Strong leadership and people management skills

· Demonstrated experience managing resources and budgets for a services delivery unit or similar function.

· Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and drive results.

· Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
