Sales Manager

Implement all sales activities and maximizes business opportunitiesTo drive, manage and maintain robust positive relations with all travel trade key accounts and business partnersGenerate and maintains customers of travel trade segment through various sales activities (face to face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment)Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communicationsEnsure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio covering all departments and accounts’ management for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivityQuote and negotiate prices within established parameters with potential and existing clients. Prepare contracts for clientsPlan sales trips or attends trade shows and exhibitions under the direct approval and guidance of the DOSM and where applicable in coordination with International Sales OfficesArrange site inspections of hotel and hosts Fam tripsAttend major travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering and other facilities and services) for the hotelMaintain a full working knowledge of the IT support tools used in the world of sales today, including sales-specific software, property PMS, the Microsoft Office toolset
Qualifications

As our Sales Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of our sales strategy, fostering strong, lasting relationships with our clients and driving business growth. Your innovative approach will help us create unique and memorable experiences, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.

Will be based in our Dubai officeAt least 3-5 years sales experience in a 5-star hotel with at least 1 year managerial roleBachelor’s degree in any related fieldGood command of spoken and written EnglishExcellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express, Internet, e-mail)Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skill and strong leadershipPrevious experience in Sales -  Leisure is essential
