Legal Operations Specialist - Compliance & Learning

This dynamic role combines compliance support with learning management responsibilities, playing a crucial part in maintaining organizational integrity and fostering continuous education.

Provide daily support for compliance operations, including the implementation of campaigns, policies, and proceduresManage and optimize the Compliance and Global Policy Resource CentersProactively identify and propose improvements in compliance processesAssist in the implementation and maintenance of compliance technologiesServe as the primary point of contact for the Learning Management SystemOversee compliance and legal-related training activities, including content management and translationsMonitor and report on learning activity completion ratesCollaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of compliance and learning initiatives

You will be a great fit if you have:

BSc/MSc degree or equivalent qualification3-4 years of experience in administrative or coordination rolesStrong ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectivelyExperience on working on a multi-cultural environment and very diverse audienceExperience managing a Learning Management System a plusEagerness to learn and adapt to new systems and toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills in English
