About the Role
We are hiring a Legal Manager to support complex projects in civil construction, public procurement, and facility services. This is a key position for handling strategic partnerships, high-value contracts, and ensuring full compliance with public sector regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Manage legal aspects of public procurement, bids, and contract execution Advise on joint ventures and company associations for major projects Lead negotiations with clients and strategic partners Review and countersign legal documents that bind the company Support top management with legal advice on operational and strategic matters Coordinate with partner companies on risk mitigation policies Ensure alignment with group-level legal procedures and internal standards Report to both the Company General Director and Group Legal Director

 

Requirements

 

7+ years of legal experience, including 2+ in a managerial role Strong knowledge of public procurement legislation and corporate law Skilled in negotiation, contract drafting, and risk management Background in construction, infrastructure, or facility services is a plus Law degree; bar admission preferred Fluent in Romanian and English
