Reporting to the head of tourism department.
Duties and responsibilities:
Teaching environmental studies, ecology and conservation, wild life studies, flora and fauna; sustainable tourism, touristic geography and other related subjects Developing and reviewing the curriculum for both long and short courses Carrying out research and consultancy Handling student administration matters
Requirement for the position:
Bachelor's Degree in Biological science or natural resources management. A master's degree in environmental studies will be an added advantage. Knowledge of environmental management systems Teaching experience of at least 3 years in tertiary level institution
Other Requirements:
Computer skills Experience in environmental management systems Experience in tourism industry will be an added advantage
