In this critical role, you will undertake a variety of HR administrative tasks, upholding our standard processes, procedures, and work instructions. You'll be instrumental in maintaining and managing data in our IT systems, assuredly guaranteeing data quality.
What you will do:
Category Owner for language learning working with suppliers on all language learning offerings
Operational management of the Learning Request Hub responsible for enhancements and updates
Updating and improvement to all central SharePoint sites including Learning at Ericsson, Job an Skills Model, Premium license learning, Degreed, Project Marketplace
Premium license learning marketing including management of Viva Engage, webinars.
Premium license learning governance including organization of all governance meetings.
Support to Head of Delivery Transformation on all delivery change initiatives.
Management of Learning at Ericsson News articles.
Support on invoicing and PO creation
