Ideally with degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management, Human Resources or a related field.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build colleague relationships at all levels, with strong focus in driving positive colleague experience.Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, agile with change. Strong communication (both oral and written) and excellent customer service skills. Be familiar with Databases, online people platforms or Managing an internal system. Be able to collate, run reports and provide data, either through the Learning hub (LMS)/excel reporting. Passion for learning and Development.Be ambitious to learn with a curiosity for development. Experience of organizing and prioritizing own workload on a day-to-day basis.
