Learning & Development Intern

 

Are you curious about how people learn and grow in the workplace? Do you want to be part of shaping future learning programs? Join Novo Nordisk as a Learning & Development Intern in the People & Organization (P&O) team and contribute to impactful learning initiatives.

Within the People & Organization (P&O) department, the Learning & Development team is dedicated to empowering employees through impactful learning journeys and skill-building programs. The team leads corporate training, instructional design, onboarding experiences, and learning technology initiatives. As an intern, you will contribute to content creation, engage in learning innovation, and support our mission to foster continuous development at every level of the organization.

 

The position
You’ll support ongoing projects related to employee development, content creation, and training delivery. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to gather insights and help enhance our learning platforms and methodologies.

Internship Duration: 6 months Location: Jakarta, Indonesia Internship allowances provided

 

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Education, Psychology, HR, or a related field. Strong communication skills and ability to conduct interviews. Creative in developing digital learning content and familiar with instructional design. Tech-savvy and proactive in exploring learning technologies. Analytical mindset and able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Active English skills are essential.
