The Learning Content and Knowledge Specialist is responsible for implementing content governance for content assets and curating knowledge that will be delivered across various platforms and digital channels. This role involves ensuring that content and knowledge are structured, accessible, and optimized for user experience. The position plays a crucial role in ensuring that the organization's content and knowledge strategy is effectively implemented and that the content is easily accessible and engaging for users, while also leveraging the power of generative AI to enhance content creation and management.
The candidate is responsible for optimizing learning content and knowledge for distribution through various platforms and channels including generative AI platforms. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, instructional design, and creativity to develop engaging and effective learning content and knowledge.
In this role you'll:
Ensure that the knowledge used to train generative AI models is of high quality and representative of user needs, implementing content governance practices.
Contribute to establishing best practices for content creation.
Continuously monitor the outputs of generative AI systems to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments in knowledge as necessary to improve performance. Analyze user feedback to refine and enhance content.
Collaborate with the Learning Innovation and Framework team to ensure good practice and consistency of all learning content assets regardless of format. Work closely with the Learning Content Development team and the Instructional Designers to ensure the relevance of content assets and collaborate with various departments to meet knowledge requirements.
Work with AI specialists to develop knowledge for generative AI, ensuring it meets the specific requirements of the Large Language Model (LLM).
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in e-learning, instructional design, and AI technologies to continuously improve the quality of learning content.
Guide AI content transformation initiatives within the Learning Content and Knowledge (LCK) team.
Design and develop high-quality learning content and knowledge tailored for generative AI distribution. Ensure that outputs are relevant, accurate, and aligned with the organization's content and knowledge strategy. Curate existing learning resources and adapt them for use with generative AI technologies.
Coach and train instructional designers and developers on generative AI.
About the ideal candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in content development and AI technologies.
Proven experience with AI tools and technologies in the context of e-learning and content creation. Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Articulate), learning management systems (LMS), and AI platforms.
Knowledge of the latest trends and updates in the technology-enabled learning environment.
Experienced with Learning Management Systems and Content Management systems.
