Learning and Development Manager

·         Conduct in - depth research and analysis on the training needs of various Opcos/Functions to identify skill gaps and development requirements and formulate annual training plans that are in line with the organization's strategic priorities.

·         Design, develop and deliver learning solutions to meet designated objectives and needs at platform and Opco levels as facilitator or coach.

·         Implement organizational development programs, processes, and training initiatives to proactively address organizational development and business needs through various delivery means (e.g., instructor-led, e - learning, self - paced, etc.) as appropriate for the target audience.

·         Continuously evaluate training progress and effectiveness, adjust programs based on objectives and evaluation feedback, and share best practices with other team members. Provide advice and apply diverse approaches to help participants learn and upskill/reskill effectively.

·         Act as a project manager for multiple complex talent development projects partnering with designated business partners in developing and deploying learning activities, and ensure proper communication, prioritization, and execution.

·         Create high - quality, accurate, and engaging content for various internal communication channels. This may include but is not limited to company newsletters, intranet articles, email updates, video scripts, and presentation materials.

·         Collaborate with external partners (e.g., design agencies, printing vendor) on special projects as needed to ensure that all content is consistent with the company's brand voice and tone, and is tailored to different audiences.

·         Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
