Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning Development, Training, or a similar role in luxurious resort environment.Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, service excellence, and guest experience.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to create engaging training content using instructional design principles.Experience with e-learning tools, and digital training platforms.Strong organizational and project management skills.Will be handling Hyatt Regency Bali and Andaz Bali.
