Learn & Development Officer
Location: Cluj, Romania, hybrid.

We are looking for a Learning & Development Administration Officer, who will support continuous learning processes and ensure high-quality training experiences for employees internationally.
Responsibilities:
• Operational management of the learning management system (LMS), including uploading new content, monitoring participation and providing technical support to users.
• Coordination of training activities in collaboration with internal and external trainers, as well as service providers.
• Management of Learning & Development-related requests through the ticketing system and ensuring professional and prompt communication.
• Updating content on the internal L&D website and creating targeted communication materials.
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as quarterly internal invoicing for training activities and supporting the integration of new members into the L&D team.
Profile and skills:
• Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the Learning & Development or HR field.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS); experience with the Cornerstone platform is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of German and English, for close collaboration with international teams.
• Structured and independent working skills, attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Interest in improving processes and exploring new tools and technologies.
