The Opportunity:
Supervise a geographically dispersed CACI team that provides SharePoint and Power Platform development and SharePoint Site Collection Administrator support for Government customers.
Work with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and lead your team’s design of innovative, customized SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
This is a working Lead position in which you will leverage your proven expertise in a wide range of SharePoint development functional areas. As a Lead you will be in a customer-facing role where you also will have a strong focus on providing facilitation, consultation, process improvement, and project management support.
Use your strong problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities to manage communications, customer expectations, staffing assignments, and contract deliverables.
Build and develop relationships with integrated stakeholders across the Naval Maintenance Community. Must be attuned and responsive to customer needs, challenges, and opportunities with an innovative/transformative professional mindset.
Stay current on the Naval Maintenance Community’s strategic goals, programs, initiatives, trends, and technology.
Work site is primarily at the employee’s home site. Occasionally the employee may need to work at the customer site or a CACI office.
Responsibilities:
Assist our Government customers’ management of multiple innovation and implementation initiatives and operations at both the strategic and tactical level. Facilitate alignment with Command and NAVSEA initiatives.
Lead team members in their performance of contracted Government customer support and services. Supervise, hire, onboard, train, monitor/assess work performance, and mentor employees and subcontractors. Ensure quality delivery of support/services and set objectives for your team’s achievement of operational results. Oversee staffing accountability and adherence to policies, processes, practices, and procedures.
Provide tools and methods to aid customers’ decision making, management, and action planning.
Plan, facilitate, lead, and support customer meetings, presentations, briefings, strategic planning sessions, working groups, off-site events, etc. in support of contract activities. This includes full cycle meeting management and administrative support/coordination as needed.
Ensure team operations are aligned to CACI requirements, initiatives, processes, and culture. Represent your Manager and fill in as needed in your Manager’s absence.
Cultivate emerging CACI business growth opportunities with Government customers and potentially lead personnel in that new work.
As a working Lead you will directly support some funded taskings in an individual contributor capacity. In this role you will:
----- Design and develop SharePoint Online site architectures to support customers’ business processes. Design advanced solutions leveraging SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI.
----- Design immersive, UI/UX friendly SharePoint Online Modern site pages.
----- Develop and maintain both canvas and model driven Power Apps depending on customer requirements.
----- Customize customers’ SharePoint Online lists with JSON field and list view formatting.
----- As a SharePoint Site Collection Administrator, support customers with training new SharePoint site owners, performing site maintenance, and cleaning up site permissions; assisting users with MS Teams, SharePoint, and other apps in the Microsoft 365 suite; and researching available features within the Navy’s secure 365 tenant.
Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include submission of supporting data and metrics and timely completion of written reports to stakeholders, customers, and CACI leadership.

Qualifications:
Required:
Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DOD Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Information Technology field and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, to include minimum 3 years of experience developing SharePoint solutions. In lieu of the degree requirement, candidates with minimum 8 years of directly applicable work experience may be considered for this position.
Minimum 3 years of experience supervising employees/managing teams.
Proficiency in the organization and presentation of information in a concise and coherent manner.
Project management and facilitation skills.
Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities.
Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to respectfully engage internal and external customers at all levels in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and time management, and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and tasks efficiently.
Desired:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience facilitating meetings attended by senior leadership.
Completion of management and/or leadership courses or training.
Proficiency in one or more of the following areas:
----- Creating SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions.
----- Utilizing ShareGate migration software for day-to-day content migrations for SharePoint and Teams content.
----- Client-side development using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Web Services, SOAP, REST, Ajax, jQuery, JSON, HTML, HTML5, and CSS with Responsive Design.
----- Mobile application development and/or UI/UX best practices.
----- Microsoft 365’s best practices for Knowledge Management specific to file taxonomy and content discoverability.
----- Utilizing SharePoint and MS Graph HTTP requests.
Work experience with the Naval Maintenance Community, United States Navy, or the Department of Defense.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
