In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
•Evaluate and qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
•Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails to establish rapport
•Identify client needs and communicate to respective regional sales executives
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and latest technologies for Marketing activities including Artificial Intelligence(AI)
•Collaborate with the regional sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads
•Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status in the CRM system
•Ability to drive insights from marketing campaigns analytical skills
•Flexible to work in Europe time zone
•It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Microsoft Office programs, SFDC, Power BI and Eloqua
The essential requirements of the job include:
•Proven work experience of 3-5 years as a Lead management specialist, Sales development representative, or similar role in Biotechnology industry
•Minimum educational requirements – Graduate/master’s in chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharma or Biologics domain
•Hands-on experience in marketing analytical tools & techniques
•Customer-centric mindset & effective interaction and teamwork with other departments is essential
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
•Proficiency in MS office tools (MS Excel, Power point)
•As part of global team, candidate should be flexible to work with overlap to U.S time zone
•Critical problem solver and able to play in a global and sophisticated environment.
