Qualifications
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Supply chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as Supply Chain Analyst in the medical device manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP (or similar tier 1 ERP) and its application in supply chain and procurement processes.
• Knowledgeable in software validation and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
• Business Analysis, ECBA, CIPM or Project management certifications highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
• Acts as the business systems analyst for Supply Chain Planning and Procurement processes.
• Work with Supply Chain Planning and Procurement business partners to create detailed requirements, business cases and process documentation; create design flows and narratives; assist developers with understanding of functional design; monitor/perform testing and implement process changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend, design, test and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure the successful integration and optimization of core ERP systems and related applications within the supply chain and procurement functions.
• Analyse business processes, identify gaps or improvements and develop solutions.
• Support the validation, documentation and testing of software applications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide ERP/application support and troubleshooting as needed.
• Establish relationships across the Medical BU and the wider TEIS organization to become a respected resource in terms of systems, business processes, and reporting requirements.
• Engage key stakeholders to assess their business priorities and requirements.
• Train users on new system functionality and features.
• Participate in the future S4 rollout program, contributing to the execution and deployment of the solution across TE Medical.
• Understand and communicate how changes and solutions impact the stakeholders, operations, processes, attitudes and behaviours to maximise the success of the new solution and the business value it brings.
