Lead Business Consultant
**About the role** As a Lead Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance, implementation, and support services to our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and utilisation of our products or services. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand and address client needs effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** **Client Engagement:** + Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements. + Provide consultancy services to clients on best practices, system optimizations, and process improvements. + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor. **Solution Implementation:** + Lead or contribute to the implementation of our products or services according to client specifications. + Configure, customize, and integrate solutions to meet client requirements. + Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure smooth adoption of the implemented solutions. **Technical Expertise:** + Possess deep knowledge of our products or services and stay updated on new features and advancements. + Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. + Collaborate with internal teams to address product gaps or technical challenges encountered during implementations. **Project Management:** + Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. + Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. + Proactively identify opportunities to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). + Proven experience in consulting, project management, or related roles. + Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in relevant technologies. + Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. + Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, AWS, Salesforce) are a plus. **Your Reward & Benefits** We know you’ll do great work, so we give a lot back with some of the best benefits in the business.
