The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to manage a team of Business Analysts support our DoD customer to implement an Enterprise Information Technology Service Management (EITSM) system that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment. 

Responsibilities:

Serve as a Lead Business Analyst in a dynamic Agile environment to develop a portfolio of software applications while providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of business analysts.

Establish processes and procedures for the capture, analysis, and management of functional and non-functional systems requirements, features, and user stories.

Work closely with the Project Manager and Scrum Masters to establish product and sprint backlogs, resolve impediments, and provide input on scope of work to be accomplished.

Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the product development team during the development cycle to ensure the customer needs are met.

Evaluate team success and progress towards achievement of defined goals and objectives.

Work with the leadership team to set strategic program goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze enterprise business needs and requirements.

Review and evaluate work done by the development team to verify and validate scope was met.

Identify and effectively decompose mission/business objectives into system requirements and user stories for a product backlog to be implemented in short and iterative development cycles.

Clearly communicate business needs to a development team through user stories and acceptance criteria.

Lead product demonstrations to stakeholders and report on the results of each software iteration.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

Experience developing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models.

Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and technical requirements.

Experience with functional decomposition of large business needs into multiple layers of requirements/user stories.

Experience conducting interviews with stakeholders to gather pertinent information.

Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization’s business areas.

Knowledge of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, quality assurance, and release management.

Able to understand the day-to-day operational needs of customers and identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose solutions.

Broad understanding of the ServiceNow Platform (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.).

Experience in estimating techniques and capacity planning

Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.

Strong skills with process modelling tools such as Visio.



Qualifications:

Required: 

Active Secret DoD Clearance, or ability to obtain a Secret clearance

12+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience)

Minimum 3 year’s experience leading a team of Business Analyst on interative software development projects

Experience developing process guides

Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, etc.)

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a service-oriented mindset




Desired:

Certified Business Analysis Professional

Agile or Scrum Master Certification

Product Owner Certification

Knowledge and experience with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK)

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
