Job Description SummaryTo deliver GE’s Energy APM - data analytics software that provides Asset Performance Management portfolio of applications and services, for Transmission & Distribution for multiple projects - GE Grid Solutions is looking for a Software Project Delivery Manager (DM).

Software Delivery Manager (DM) works with different teams to deliver strategic Asset Management Software projects. The Lead APM Delivery Manager will oversee the technical projects deliveries and will be the interface between the GE operation central team and GE customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The DM will be in charge of all the software deliveries from GE to the customer/channel partners, as agreed during the tender stage.The Lead APM Delivery Manager will be the voice of the GE to interface with the customer for all GE software solutionsThe DM should follow-up with all teams: GE people, channel partners (if any) and the customer to deliver the required scopesOversee the on-time delivery, the implementation and the quality of all design notes and statement of work prepared by the Software team of the projectBe guaranty of the review and the approvals of the software, Cloud & Hardware delivery, architecture and implementationsOversee the modeling of assets and grid substations work and the developed software interfaces

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor in Software Engineering/Electrical EngineeringEquivalent experience/knowledge in a similar industry7 to 10 years experiences in Software delivery management and/or a Delivery Manager in Software or asset management projectsFluency in French and English are mandatory+3 years experiences in maintenance process with utilities, industry, or OEM companyProven experience with international experience of project fronting multiple customers.Knowledge of software solutions and technologies such as; concept of APM, SAP, ERP etc.Excellent Knowledge of Software Deployment, configuration, integration and database interfaces (SQL and/or other), Webservices, ETL, timeseries databasesGood Knowledge of data exchange formats: JSON, XML, CSV…Concepts of IoT protocols and webservices: OPC UA/DA, MQTT, Kafka, REST API etc.Knowledge of the electrical communication protocols: IEC-101, IEC-104, DNP3, IEC61850, ModbusConcepts with Operation Technology (OT) is a plus, such as SCADA/EMS systems

Concepts of Geographic Information System (GIS) is a plusKnowledge of the primary assets of the grid (GIS, Transformer, Bays, Circuit Breakers) is a plusNo obstacle to travel
