The LATAM Strategic Insights & Analysis team aims to drive decision-making by generating actionable insights through complex analyses focused on the dynamics of the Beverage Industry and the performance of The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) brands within it.

As the Industry & Marketplace Performance Senior Director, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for harnessing data, performing in-depth analyses, and driving strategic recommendations to sustain and enhance TCCC's market leadership in LATAM. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with strong business acumen and proven expertise in Retail Measurement protocols, capable of translating intricate analyses into impactful business actions.

What You’ll Do For Us

Marketplace Measurement Leadership: Serve as the LATAM business lead for Marketplace Measurement (MPM), ensuring continuous enhancement of MPM data and analytics tools for effective decision-making. Act as the primary contact for Global Marketing Intelligence Services, the OU Digital Services team, bottlers, and external agencies. 

Industry and Market Share Ownership: Lead LATAM Industry Sizing and oversee TCCC-reported market share figures, ensuring they accurately reflect current market realities and drive future projections. Manage official reporting system submissions, supporting the annual business planning process in close collaboration with Finance. 

Strategic Analysis: Analyze strategic issues and opportunities, leveraging diverse data sources to uncover drivers behind industry trends and TCCC share performance. Generate powerful insights and collaborate with teams to shape LATAM’s strategic direction. 

Team Leadership: Drive team effectiveness by clarifying objectives, eliminating obstacles, and fostering engagement. Cultivate strong enterprise leadership to enable cross-functional collaboration with Strategy/Insights teams. Promote a culture of bold and constructive challenge while developing diverse talent to continuously elevate performance. 

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 12+ years of experience in Strategic/Planning/analytics in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies.

Expertise: 

Previous experience in Retail Measurement agencies,

Proven track record of leading and cultivating high-performing teams, managing cross-functional coordination, and aligning initiatives.

Skills: 

Mastery of problem framing and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to synthesize and translate data and insights into compelling business recommendations.

Effective stakeholder and relationship management, including negotiation and influence skills.

Prioritize through a pragmatic fact-based approach, handling trade-offs, balancing immediate and long-term priorities

Project management skills or experience, including comfort with ambiguity
