Key Responsibilities·       Provide a warm welcome, personalized service, and professional support to our residents / guests from arrival to departure.·       Proactively identify and fulfil all residents / guest requests and special needs by communicating with relevant departments.·       Greet residents / guests upon arrival, assist them during their stay, and bid farewell upon departure.·       Handle residents’ / guests’ complaints and feedback quickly and with a solution-oriented approach, record them, and forward them to relevant departments.·       Possess complete knowledge of residence / resort activities, events, and services; provide accurate and up-to-date information to residents / guests.·       Support reception duties when necessary.·       Actively engage with residents / guests throughout the residence / resort, anticipate their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.·       Accurately convey the brand and company philosophy to residents / guests and the team, and represent the brand internally.·       Attend daily briefings and training sessions, and manage team meetings when necessary.·       Fully comply with hotel policies, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.·       Perform other duties assigned by management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise·       At least 2 years of experience in a Front Office or Guest Relations position, preferably in an international five-star hotel, residence / resort.·       Luxury hotel experience and familiarity with VIP welcoming protocols.·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.·       Strong communication and representation skills, with an elegant and professional demeanour.·       Knowledge of hotel, residence / resort operations, computer systems (Opera, Microsoft Office, etc.), and general business information.·       Team-oriented, solution-focused, and dedicated to resident / guest satisfaction.·       Ability to adapt to flexible working hours, with a positive and energetic attitude.
