CACI is seeking a Knowledge Management Lead to oversee the development and implementation of knowledge management strategies supporting USSTRATCOM. The role encompasses managing knowledge sharing practices, optimizing information flow and directing web development initiatives to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the command to enhance decision-making at all levels. The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract. 

Responsibilities: 

Performs knowledge management functions as directed by the Knowledge and Information Management (KIM) Office (KIMO) 

Manages KM strategy and outlines a plan for managing and sharing information and knowledge within the organization 

Manages a KM system that allows for the storage, retrieval, and sharing of information and knowledge  

Provides user support services for training materials (i.e., Smart Cards, briefs) and events (i.e., Newcomers, Sr. Leaders Onboarding, Working Group meetings) 

Educates staff on use of the knowledge management system and strategies, new tools, and/or new technologies  

Assists with content management, building groups, and developing/modifying workflows 

Responds to emerging process improvement requirements to improve unforeseen process shortfalls or problems 

Designs web content using commercial best practices 

Supports technical information papers, studies, technical reports, and briefings for projects, activities, or issues that may affect operations 

Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments 


Qualifications: 

BA or BS degree in related field along with 7 Years of knowledge management, web development or related area with at least 2 years in a leadership role 

Required 8140 Cert: 431 - Intermediate; Security+ or GSEC; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training or obtained within 6 months

Additional Cert: Scrum master preferred 

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills 

Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and practices 

Clearance Required Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$63,700 - $134,000
